We strongly recommend customers either provide proof of production insurance or purchase our optional damage waiver for limited protection. Please report any issues immediately to avoid delays for the next renter.

  • Absolutely—rental extensions are allowed based on equipment availability. We recommend calling us as soon as you know you’ll need more time. Standard daily or weekly rates apply for extensions, and late returns may incur additional fees if not communicated in advance.

  • Yes! We provide basic setup instructions for most rentals, and we’re happy to walk you through how to use the gear when you pick it up. If you need additional support, we offer on-call tech help or can schedule an in-person tutorial for a small fee.

  • Yes! We offer discounted rental packages for popular production setups, such as interview kits, indie film packages, and run-and-gun setups. These include camera, audio, lighting, and grip gear curated to work seamlessly together. Custom bundles are also available—just let us know your production needs.

  • Our standard rental period is 24 hours, with multi-day and weekly rates available. Gear is due back by the return time agreed upon at checkout. Early returns are accepted but do not qualify for refunds unless pre-approved. Late returns without notice may be billed at 1.5x the daily rate per day overdue.

  • Absolutely. Every piece of gear is fully inspected, cleaned, and tested for functionality before it leaves our location. We encourage renters to do a gear check upon pickup to confirm everything is working as expected and to ask questions if needed.

  • Yes—just let us know your travel details when booking. For out-of-area rentals, we require production insurance and may request a higher deposit depending on gear value. We also provide shipping services upon request, with advanced coordination.
